Hi Andrew, hi everyone,

I just recently discovered IBT and would like to start using it.
Since I need a new bed anyway (which will be built by a carpenter) I do have the chance to make it best suitable for IBT.
Which solution do you believe is better:

1) slatted frame, that can be raised at the head:

2) bed with specially made feet:

3) A wedge like this:

I guess, the slatted frame would give me the most adjustment options.
Any thoughts on which solution would be best (when having a new bed bulit) would be much appreciated! Also anything that I should tell the carpenter that the new bed should have?

Hi Peter, I prefer to avoid promoting products. I have been asked many times as you can imagine. Even refused partnerships.
